Your client journey

How we work with you is just as important as the successes we achieve together.

How our 3-stage planning service works

01 Analysis

First, we gather the information needed to evaluate your current financial position. We’ll meet to establish your situation, views and objectives, and answer your questions. From there, we will assess your investment risk profile and capacity for loss before liaising with the providers of your existing plans. We will analyse the relevant features and benefits of your existing plans.

You will then receive an executive summary financial planning report that will help you understand your current position and explain how we might be able to help you achieve your objectives.

02 Implementation

The second stage is to agree on and implement an appropriate strategy. We will meet to discuss our initial financial review and agree on the next steps. After this, we prepare a detailed report, which includes the research behind our recommendations.

To help take the stress out of your financial plan, we complete any paperwork and administration on your behalf. You will have a dedicated administrator who will answer any day-to-day queries.

03 Review and monitor

Our service provides you with ongoing advice, support, and peace of mind that your financial planning is being professionally managed for you. We will meet annually to discuss the progress of your financial plans and review your objectives for the year ahead, then adapt your financial plan accordingly.

We will be available throughout the year to discuss any queries you may have and provide you with regular updates.

Your Financial Masterplan

If you do not necessarily require advice on financial products but need advice on specific lifetime goals, we can still help you. Our Financial Masterplan is designed either as a standalone service or as a precursor to advice on pensions and investments.

We’ll meet to establish your situation, views and objectives, answer your questions, and then get information about any existing plans you have. We’ll analyse your current and future costs.

We then meet to discuss your lifetime financial forecast, looking at various scenarios tailored to your circumstances and objectives. You’ll receive a report detailing the main outcomes of the process, including our recommended “masterplan” and how to reduce the financial impact of any issues we discover.
